Hoohoo, friends.
To be honest, I’m not that into music. No, that sounds wrong. I love music, but the thing is, I don’t necessarily need it. I like to listen to other things that happen around me. But from time to time, especially when it comes to reading, I love to listen to music that fits either the current read or a favourite book. And then I’m making playlists. The songs can fit the general atmosphere of the story or maybe the lyrics fit just as well. One of my favourite playlists is for the Bone Season by Samantha Shannon. It has also transformed into my productivity playlist and I listen to it a lot when I’m writing.
And anyways, I thought I’d show you the songs because I really like them. Maybe you find something new you like or something đ Alrighty, here we go….
- Florence + the Machine – Seven devils
- Jen Cloher – Strong woman
- Taylor Swift – Bad Blood
- Tim Halperin – Survivor

You can find the whole thing here if you’re interested. This was a really short post, but I wanted to share some music with you.
But what about you? Do you have reading playlists? Do you even listen to music when you read or do you prefer the quiet? If you have public playlists you can send them to me and I’ll listen đ
Love,
Kat
